• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for Boost
• Work closely with the hiring leader and hiring managers
• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for open positions and posting to relevant media platforms.
• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Source potential candidates on Linkedin, Angelist, Facebooks groups, and other source
• Personally conduct online interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
• Prepare to onboard and conduct induction meetings for new employees
