- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for Boost
- Work closely with the hiring leader and hiring managers
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for open positions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Source potential candidates on Linkedin, Angelist, Facebooks groups, and other source
- Personally conduct online interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Prepare to onboard and conduct induction meetings for new employees
